Delete your account
Applies to the Mitram web app and the Android app
You can delete your Mitram account yourself at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the Android app
- Open the Me tab.
- Tap Account settings.
- Scroll to Delete account, type
DELETEto confirm, and tap the button.
On the web
- Sign in and open Account settings.
- Scroll to Delete account, type
DELETEto confirm, and click the button.
What gets deleted
Everything attached to your user: every birth profile and chart, every question, decision, prediction and recorded outcome, saved items, reminders, conversation threads and their memory, your credit ledger and usage records, and your sign-in identity. Nothing is retained for later recovery.
The only thing that may remain is a short-lived server log line (no chart data, no message content) that expires automatically, and any anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot be tied back to you.
If you can no longer sign in
Email email.piyush@gmail.com with the subject “mitram: delete my account” from the address you signed up with. We will delete the account and confirm by reply, normally within a few days.
